Ken has worked for more than 20 years in the technology, retail and financial industries and specializes in business process analysis and improvement.

Ken has spent his career working with business partners to understand their needs after which he translates those needs into specific actions. He believes that, in order to be successful, a person must find balance between their business and personal lives. The West African philosophy of Sankofa, “looking back to move ahead,” is featured heavily in his coaching methods.


Ken’s background includes work as a business analyst manager for Arvest Bank Operations and Walmart Stores, Inc., as well as technology roles at Quantum Resources and the Virginia Department of General Services, both of Richmond, VA. He is a former adjunct professor at East Coast Polytechnical Institute (ECPI) Medical Careers Institute in Richmond and has owned a financial services sales and marketing business. He has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2011, where he roots on his favorite college football and basketball team and enjoys bowling, water activities, music, dancing, and gardening.
